Hudson Valley, NY chef Paco Rodriguez creates locally sourced, globally inspired menus. For nearly twenty years, he has traveled New England to cook for yoga, wellness and artist retreats. His customized menus draw from travels throughout Southeast Asia, Italy as well as South Africa. Wholesome and invigorating, Paco’s cuisine features the freshest ingredients tailored to a variety of dietary needs and preferences.
